Considering erformance at London Olympics should not the entire sports ministry at central level be disbanded and sports budget be reduced to Zero or made as not states subjct but municipal level . There is no justfication in contunuing and draining public money to swiss bank or boosting prices of real estate ?

Absolutely right, it is a sad state of results which have been more misses than hits in winning us the medals. All the big guns are out of medal contention & now only a few left with boxing being the lone hope to get the gold medal. I think a private body needs to be set up which is run & managed by x-sportsmen independent of government interference to make the desired change in the way it should be managed!!

First and foremost, these ministries should be removed, and the posting of High Profile Politicians as in charge of sports bodies should be stopped forthwith. Here in Kerala, we had this poor sight of a minister being sanctioned a huge amount to watch Olympics, but the sportsmen from the state not given anything.
