Shashi Tharoor who won from Thiruvananthapuram with more than 1 Lac votes. He is Former Under Secretary General of UN and lost the top post to Ban Ki Moon from Republic of Korea by a small Margin. Moreover US did not wanted an Indian to take over the top most post of UN. US Still does not know the Power of India and Indians. May be they know it but not ready to accept it openly.
