Congress lost in a Lok Sabha by poll in Tehri Lok Sabha constitueny in Dehradun (Uttara Khand).
Congress won narrowly the Lok Sabha seat in Bengal (vacated by Pranab Mukherjee).
Are these signs of the times to come??
