Associated journal was a defunct coy with direectors like MM Agrawal having died,& in absence of reconstitution of coy, without any agenda, there could not have ben any lewful resolution to seek loan or transfer shares.

I am a bit surprised that wherever the said party or its members are involved a lot of money is advanced as interest free loans whether it is robert Vadra or the Young India company where many of its members are shareholders. If there is a free constitutional authority it surely will take action, but alas, they are all constitutional only for name sake

Which money did the Congress give to Young India Company? Is it belonging to it or to some bank which gave it on orders of Congress? This is very confusing!
Secondly EC cannot act on the sayings of Swamy. EC will wait for the decision of a court of law (if a case is initiated).
