Q.

Congress & UPA Ministers are reported making history for wrong reasons of doing corruption, land grabbing, dishonest acceptance of huge donations to their foundations or trusts, stealing flats and multiplying their assets etc.

If the King is immoral, so will be his subjects. Why then the people should be blamed if they attempt similar offenses? Can corruption be regulated unless there is harsh penalty to King compared with the common offenders?
