Internet is growing,it is a world in itself,however...in India we have to keep i mind the literacy levels and poverty levels to take into consideration the effect of internet in india. But it has a varying effect on teenagers, good(project work and research) and bad(taking into consideration the Adnan Patrawala case). However,to the literate who also know how to operate on the internet it has a huge effect on them as they keep in touch with friends and collegues through the net.Today,if one is going to apply for a job, they need to know how to access the net,it definately refines ones personality to an extent. So,in India(coming back to the topic),basically it depends on the demographic structure.Otherwise,we can say that when internet came to india,it did with a big bang!
