In London he may. In Saudi Arabia also he can because he is a Prince. Since long intensive anthropological research and studies have shown this entire reagion Middle east to north in Iran and north east Afghanistan and then south Pakistan and east Punjab, Haryana as the region where homosexuality is most prevailing than in other parts of the world.
