Where can I get a copy of the Notification constituting Cauvery Water Disputes Tribunal in the year 1990. I have tried Government of India web sites on nic but without avail.

what are u going to do with the notification.?in the notification the guide lines of tribunal has to be done must be there.in as much as the verdict was given by the tribunal we have to see the verdict only and the same was stated in news papers.with these dirty politicians no verdict can do wonders in the inter state water dispute.it is the nature to help the formers by giving sufficient rains every year.let us prey the almighty for the same.
