Which TV panel is better in terms of color quality?
Recently my friend purchased a 42 Sony LCD screen. I observed the color change while changing the channels. Is inner panel responsible for it?

The best TV panel we have so far is IPS panel. Prior to the IPS panel, manufacturers were using VA panel that create the same problem apart from the one you discussed here. So I believe Sony screen of your friend is made up of VA Panel because in IPS Panel we dont have such problems like color changes, slow response speed etc anymore.

Akai panel ok but sound is not ok. for sound and all sony itself better.
