If u wanted to "beat up" every minister involved in large scale corruption, you'd have a death toll higher than the Cultural Revolution in CHina :D Then people will call u a genocidal maniac. I feel u r urge and pain. Imagine now if u were DIRECTLY affected by his corruption. That's what makes ppl takes up arms against da State.
