I beg to differ - handicapped people are NOT considered 3rd grade citizens - only the people who think that way are 3rd grade citizens ! !

Third grade question. People all over the world regard the persons with disabilities as equal and they are being given all the facilities to assist them to come to the mainstream and lead a normal life. I do not understand how you can consider them as 3rd grade citizens.

I stay close to a blind school n boy those people r way better than me ,if any bugger on the face of this earth thinks of such differently abled people as inferior ,i am willin to sh@t on his head
