The first "computer" was developed by Cybersyn in Socialist Chile under President Allende & a team of British researchers. Please look up Cybersyn on the Internet. That was there long b4 Babbage produced his first PC. I am defining a computer as an electronic device which does computations based on logic (a calculator does computations based on what u feed it raw).
In that definition the first PC would b Santiago Chile's project Cybersyn....
