Q.

Separatists and non-separatists put up black flags at Lal Chowk Srinagar on 15th August. They were shouting 'Azadi' and 'Ladkar lenge Azadi', 'Bharat tera Maut, etc.. This is how the Muslim League had shouted in 1946..'Lad ke lenge Pakistan' , 'Marke lenge Pakistan'. The government of the day had succumbed and partitioned the country.
Q. Knowing fully well what happens if separatist movements are not squashed throughly, shouldn't the government disfranchise these traitors of the Valley, make them stateless and throw them out of the country?
Comments please.

There is no state govt. (elected) presently at J & K. It appears to me that the present Govt. at Centre is slow in taking steps. The only step they have taken was calling all party meeting. The land that was given Amarnath Yatries was taken back. One Governor is already changed. I do not know what is their plan? The Govt should take stern steps if they want kashmir to be a part of the country or the hindus should go and fill the place

The separatist sentiments are on the rise again. The govt would do well to firmly educate them that J&K is part of India forever. The gullible shouldn't dream even to separate from India under the support of our theocratic neighbour. We have equal number of Muslims in India as in Pakistan. The Muslims will do a great service to their misguided co-religionists to impress upon them that welfare of everyone is assured only in heartily accepting the accession of Kashmir to the Indian Union. The efforts of liberal muslims shall be made more effective.People should not succumb to fear and greed of the misguided Jehadis.

Its time to trifuracate J&K into 3 states. This way the separatist ideology of the valley would be confined withing their shallow backyard.

J&K is integral part of India. Few people have been mislead and supported from across the border to spread the sentiments. We should not succumb to any pressure and try maintain the law even if force is required to be used.
