Charity is given to the person who is in need for any thing it may be food for the hungry, money for the poor, employment to the unemployed. In short a person who is needy in regards of place, time and circumstances.

Charity shouldbe given to those who are in the true sense of the word, geninely needy. Not just the poor. A lot of the poor are poor by choice... they rather not work hard and happy with what they have and what they get from charity. Charity should actually be given to those institutions that look after the orphans and the homeless.
