A person who has money never gets punished. One who has money to pay for his crimes can get away without being punished. There are so many people against whom CBI has filed FIR / charge sheet. But how many of them with political and money power have ever been punished. Whether Raja or Raja Bhaiya none can be punished.

Even if he is convicted, he would lead a luxorious lifestyle in jail. But the chances of that happening are very remote till the next General Elections. Raja, Kanimohi and other DMK leaders are out on bail because CBI is going slow on the chargesheet because UPA needs their support to survive the five years. And they need Mulayam's support also till the elections, so same will happen in Raja Bhaiyya's case. And till that time everyone would have forgotton these cases. Finally after many years when the case will be put up by the prosecution, the investigations and the case will be so botched up and so many errors, that they will be exonerated.
