Q.

All govts (BJP/UPA) request Pakistan to hand over Dawood even though Pakistan never does so. Why don't we bust the network of Dawood in India (Mumbai) and make Dawood helpless and useless in Pakistan itself? What do you say??

Yes, indeed thats one option which is well worth the risk but if we can destroy his network fully then only we should do it or else just catching him will not be of much use!!

They cannot hand over Dawood. Because it is related to their national secret. Pakistan & other countries took so many advantages of him. For them he done a lot through drug trafficking, assasination, funding through his allies and net work. Even he is doing the work of intelligence for many countries. So they are all depended on him. They may kill him with out a trace but they will never handover Dawood to india. This india knows well. Also india cannot curb his network. It is widely spread all over the world now. Also here too many political & business bullies are taken advantage from him. When he will come back, they will lose their sleep and postion. So they will never try sincerely to catch him or make surrender him. So iss baat ko bhool jao..baaki saara drama chal raha hei.

That is a wonderful suggestion that India government can consider. But it is a difficult one too, taking into consideration the clout such persons hold over politicians in our country, irrespective of party differences !

Thats a very optimistic approach but difficult to realize in a country like India.
1. Intelligence network is not so strong.
2. Extradition Treaty with countries needs to be renewed from time to time.
3. The network of terrorism has many high profile names that never get exposed.
Indian agencies have manpower, intelligence but corruption in the form of bribery etc deviates people from their normal duties. Terrorists take advantage of this. The end result is that a common man is helpless at the end of the day.
Does that answer your question?

For that you will have to produce a leader like Indira Gandhi. Who comes to your mind amongst our present leaders.? Our present leaders are most corrupt and duffers. The system is rotten, beyond any repair. Kranti is the only way.
