Its the indication of presence of double standard in the sports institution.....
and the athletes are surely supplied with prohibited drugs through health drinks just to boost their athletic potential.....

Its an indicator that rules and regs are followed in India too..a) heroine may not be a performance enhancing drug hence excluded from doping, 2) Vijender is not due for any competition as of now..3) recreational use of drug is prevalent all over the world..
