Lallu Prasad Yadav is a qualified advocate and a man of the masses. He knows what to say when and how to be one among the people. He is one of the few shrew politicians who can mobilise the masses.
He was a good CM of Bihar in the beginning but slowly he became too familiar and lost the shine. But he shone as the Union Railways Minister and is now known as one of the best Railways Ministers Indian has known since independence.
People feel anything about anybody and we cannot do anything about it. I klnow that Laluji is one of the most humorous orators among all the politicians of India and he is also an intelligent and wise politician. That is why he makes appropriate statements at the appropriate time.

He is a best actor in poltics. it is true he made rail dept profitable but how? only by sucking blood of common man. he had intorduced tatkal system which takes 300 extra as tatkal charge it is ok, but do you know in tatkal scheme you have to take ticket from earlier largest station of your boarding to the last station tht is terminating station of that train. tht means if you want to travel 500 km in tatkall you have to pay the whole fair of starting to terminating station which is much more higher. you will have to pay for which you are not travelling. this kind is sucking blood of common man.

People do not feel so, atleast people in the urban areas. He is a law graduate from BIhar and seeing his abilities in bringing people together the late VP Singh brought him up to the national level. He is such a good minister in the central goverment for raiways and railways have definitely progressed well under his 5 years rule. As a politician coming from Bihar, he definitely would have been partisan to Bihar when it comes to alotting raiway projects and trains. I remember reading a magazine report which says he is only one minister who doesn\'t have many files pending in his table. He is very good in clearing files and that too pertaining to projects and planning. People can judge his five years rule of Indian Railways and he is the only railway minister who has not increased the 2nd class railway fares inspite of unprecedented rise in diesel prices. I judge him as an intelligent and clever minister but election results do not depend solely on his performance as a minister.

Lalu as the CM of Bihar, and as proxy CM of Bihar, was the biggest failure. He used his intelligence to keep the masses of Bihar oppressed and spoiled their mind by mudsliging on the nationalists.Purposely he kept modern education out of bounds to them, banned computer education, kept roads unmettled, electricity out of bounds. Kidnapping was the biggest employment industry. The best brains of Bihar migrated to other parts of India. This intelligence is the biggest threat for Bihar. In his new Avtar he is siding the enemies of Democracy. Lalu therefore is not suitable for India. Better he migrate to Pakistan and show his intelligence there.

Yes, mr yadav is a gradute . plus llb. no doubt about it. who said he is illiterate. he leads a simple life like having trees, buffallows in his bungalow, but that does not make him illiterate. he is an educated person and a very shrewd politician. may he can teach politics to a lot people in India. whosoever says he is stupid, sorry to say, are stupid themselves.
