Some learn by experience, some learn by reading/ discussion ,some never learn any lessons by experience or learning as they have a closed mind.

This decision is just a way to help indian economy by bringing hundred billions of dollar to india by providing relaxation in terms and conditions (specially clause 17- for compensation, support and ownership in case of accident))
US knows very well that indian economy is not doing well and now he want to reap undue benefits from it by poking his unreal terms and conditions.
And our so called responsible persons are behaving like they are compel to do this.
