Deolali Camp is located at Nasik in the state of Maharshtra. The place is located 120km to the North East of Mumbai. In pre-independence period it was a British Army Camp. It is the home to the School of Artillery of the Indian Army. The camp also houses The Defense Services Staff College (DSSC) which is an inter-service institution of the Indian Ministry of Defence ,trains officers of all three services of the Indian Armed Forces. Deolali Army Camp is also considered as Mecca of Gunners.
