Lacking all in different respects. One suffers for poverty, the other for criminal activities or, communal riots ! Hence, none is best. Best is our country, my motherland and I do love my India ! Unity in diversity !!!

Big balle balle! for the breadbasket state, proving that tractors beat coders, at least for now. Gujarat is tops in economic freedom (XLS), Kerala in education (XLS), Bengal ranking surprisingly low.
