The administration of Justice in the country is a very lengthy drawn out process that may run into next generation !! So, when the trial will be concluded is something unpredictable..Regarding punishment..well what lies in store for the accused if he proven guilty is also unpredictable as this is the first case of corporate fraud of the sort..

I would say Raju is good 2 go since he could afford bail. Considering how long it took to rail out a sentence 2 a wanted terrorist, clearly a NATIONAL CRIMINAL like Kassab....who attacked CIVILIAN UNARMED FOLK IN INDIA, I would say Raju is safe as a white collar criminal in INdia.

He would prolly have some one like Muthulinga Babu arranged 2 b posing as Ramalinga Raju in jail for all u know.

I predict perhaps a house arrest.
