Can you imagine a country of more than 1000 million population does not have a world class swimmer, a world class runner, a world class weight lifter and a gymnast who can secure a place among the top three positions?

It happens in a society where individual EXCELLENCE is not respected.
Where even sports is still seen as "foreign" and against the traditions and culture.
Where politicians who have no connection whatsoever with sports, control sports.
Where selections of teams are determined, not based on merit, but by the powerful of the society.
Where sports infra structure, training facilities etc are plagued by corruption.

Most of the people are imaginative world. In the illusion thinking that some one be there to achieve to give glory to us but not ourselves.
