Yes, to a good extent.....it is the style of your dress, colour of outfit tells many things about your intentions...

Not only dress, your choice of food and how you take food, your way to interaction with others....etc etc tells us your APPROACH TOWARDS LIFE

Yes, Becuse by this he/she can advertise himself/her self. As far as my view either dress is good or bad, It's create human value and his/her socialism.
