After hvng tasted the Rahul factor in Bihar assembly election, no leader ever came forward to take the ownership in subsequent elections.
Right now, they are more happy with hit & run, sledge & mud slinging at Modi than taking the ownership.

No ....... this time they will not declare, they may declare same MMS name in the 12th hour but he will not accept the proposal, he himself will propose to Rahul's name , this game will be played by cong.if only retains power ........ if cong. will declare Rahul as PM candidate now like BJP then they may not fetch even 100 seats ........
