Since the next election is scheduled to be held in 2014, there will be many 'feel good' announcements this year..Good for industry, good for agriculture, cut in taxes and all concessions.. Industrial Licencing Policy will be liberalised.. If you call this a dynamic budget, then yes we can expect that.

It has become too tecnical after the globalisation has been affecting ouir economy in many ways.
