Yes, TWO PARTY system can go a long way in discouraging smaller personalized parties, caste parties, regional parties........most importantly the present vote bank menace. Funding of election expenses of candidates can also be easily done in two party system.... which will reduce Corruption in a big way!

See, for that we have to change our entire political system. From Parliamentary System to Presidential System. The Federal System of the country also will have to undergo a vast change and more freedom will have to be given to states. There will be NO MORE regional parties. Only Two parties.
It will require a thorough overhauling and a total shift from the present system.

US model, is more for federal state, our isnt federal type, secondly as Dil se said change isnt welcomed here

Indian voters r not matured enough for such kind of system and would land-up in electing some Lallu in the name of caste or religion.
