The chances of the same look quite remote as not many even think of bringing it back. In many cases especially the lower courts there have been reports of corruption even among the judiciary, plus in many cases police do not do the investigation and forensic evidence is not collected properly, due to delays witnesses turn hostile as they are threatened and there is no witness protection programme and even if none of this happens the judge himself has a prejudiced opinion and mindset and many strange decisions are given by single judge bench in the lower courts. If the jury system is brought back there will be a great improvement in the judgements and many cases will be turned down in appeal in higher courts because the judgements will improve.

I have advised Mr. VERMA for:
a) 3 -Judge VERDICTS & 7-JUROR verdicts for all criminal cases.
b) To do away with the nuisances of "APPEALS" & "CLEMENCY" to higher courts & The President.
