Zyaada SOONG SOONG mat karna aap Baba Ramdev ki tarah .... pata chala ek-ek karke keyboard ke saare buttons PHEPDO ke andar :-))

Shawasan is best .
Whenever your boss caught you sleeping .... tell him firmly n strongly that you were doing Shawasan and it helps you stay energetic and do your work more effectively :)
