Q.

Sir, I have purchased my house in April 2007, since then i am paying an EMI of Rs. 30940 @ 10.5% fixed rate for 2 years. That 2 year period is now over, n with current interest rates dropping its now 10.25% in floating. LIC HFL tells me that i continue to pay the same EMI - Rs. 30940/- n the change will get adjusted. I dont understand where this adjustment will happen n all are post dated cheques. loan tenure - 15 yrs
