1. Simple aquaintances may be termed as Casual Frnds;
2. Serious Frnds r those to whom U bank upon & get advice etc.
3. "Spl Frnd" is that one who will take U thru ur life holding Ur hands.

No.... the casual ones are mere acquaintances...
and Friends...the very word has a far more serious connotation...
its a long lasting and truly satisfying relationship !
