Taxi drivers can turn out to be the best ones to guide you around the city. Since they have good knowledge about all the roads in and around the city, they take you for a ride . In other words, they may charge you heavily and may take a long time to reach a destination even if it is close by. Be smart while traveling, don't let them know that you do not know anything about the city. Carry a road map with you. Remember the landmarks while traveling. if the taxi has a meter, pay the cabbie as per the meter reading only.
