Volunteering is the best way to get back into a working pattern, I think that is great that you are doing that. It is a very sensible choice and is flexible and not as stressful as working full time. Start small, with half a day or something and only do what you want to do. If you are free five days a week and they ask you to do more days than you actually want to, don't feel pressured to say yes because they are not paying you, you are paying them in a sense with your precious time. Remember that!",

I hope that the anti-depressants are working, if you have just gone on them you should notice a difference in the next couple of weeks. They can be great to help you initially get back on track with routines, sleep or limit panic attacks but they are not for everyone and should be used as a last resort only.
