While on paper it could be a Yes. but ground realities are different. She has very less friends from other political parties. Apart from UP she is an unknown commodity!!! Her philology and ideology is unacceptable. Major parties like Congress or BJP dont believe her. So in that sense without being an ally of major parites and third no where in place her dreams will remain as dreams!

Given the state of affairs in our country, anything is possible. If Chnadrashekhar could become PM without any majority, why not Mayawati. Congress and CPI will do anything to keep away BJP out - even if it means supporting Mayawati.
