Supremacy of the Judiciary is undisputed but the appointment of judges are being made at the recommendation of the leader of political parties which virtually made in impact and independence of judiciary has been seriously effected.

No becoz the law keepers and hon judicial heads are selected / approved by political leaders who are rulers
So the issue mentioned by you can't happen at all
