The best option would be to enrol with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. it has its headquarters in Delhi and with regional centers in Kolkata, Chennai and Mumbai. It has four regional councils and 36 chapters all over India. Admissions to the course are open throughou the year and exams are held twice each year - in June and December.
