Since t-20 is recent concept and it needs special young players so it is essential to have separate teams.teams are good but parthiv patel and washir jaffar should be given chances and dinesh kartik should not be included in all three.

The selectors announced 16-member squads for India's T20, ODI and Test campaigns in New Zealand.I think Mr. Srikanth and his team have done a very good work in maintaining the balance and effectiveness while selecting the three forms of cricket team for NZ tour. It is now upto MS Dhoni, how to extract the best from the players depending the conditions at NZ while selecting the playing XI.I believe that going by the present squad which has been winning many matches, this squad looks to be a balanced side.

Experimenting is always better and providing opportunity to aspiring is much better, if they prove their mettle and bring success to Inida every where it is even much much better.
