You can lose weight easily if you know that you can do it. Here is a diet you can go on.First, when you wake up, you drink a cup of water Then you should exercise or walk for 45 minutes. Then you have breakfast. You should have a piece of toast with egg white and fresh juice. Then you spend your day normally but without any food, and drink LOTS of water.Then after 6 hours have a snack , which could be an apple , a pear , or carrot. Then eat your lunch 3 hours later. It should be salad and something with protein ( turkey, chicken, fish, meat, or tuna) Your dinner should be the same. Exercise again through the day. Eat no later than 7 Pm. If you get hungry drink herbal tea.
