Andhra Pradesh Bhavan is situated near India Gate at No.1, Ashoka Road, New Delhi.
On one side of the Andhra Pradesh Bhavan is the Hyderabad House, while on the other sides are Ashoka Road, Jaswant Singh Road,Srimant Madhava Rao Scindia Marg, Kasturba Gandhi Marg and M.S.Apartments. Opposite the Andhra Pradesh Bhavan on the side of Ashoka Road is Raksha Bhavan.

Yes
AP Bhavan was given by the Government of India, after it took over the Nizam owned, Hyderabad House in 1948.
