The ageing begins from 35, before that all are same and can run fast or faster according to the practice. But after 35, the cell division gets slower and people begin to age; also due to lack practice people can't run; but if in practice, like Saching, even at the age of 40 he runs ; rather, tries to maintain his youth.

I have seen on TV two foreign ladies who were 90 and 106 years old, and were dancing like a doll. They were were mother and daughter who always danced to gether and on viewing from a distance they appeared like kids of 14 / 15 years. So, ageing is inevitable, but practice can defeat it only to some extent.
