Can developer insist for purchasing car parking ? and Whether he can sell the open car parking space? & he can insist us to purchase it? & when we resale the flat whether open car parking also salable?

I am sure Parking place is inclusive of the cost of the flat.....Therefore if a developer separates the parking place cost from the cost of flat then he is violating the infrastructure providing rule of the revenue deptt... and if some one lodges a case to that effect in the court of law then the developer will be bound to provide the parking place....

Well, if you want to purchase a flat in that building,
then you will agree to buy the parking space.
Or forget buying the flat.

As per my info.........i guess...recently there was a supreme court order that.....builders cant sell the car parkin area....and they need to allot it to the residents of the building......
