Yes I agree to Alice Janho, but it becomes very difficult for Vegetarians & Vegans to get the essentials of Vitamin B12 from their daily Diet. These days we get pesticide fruits & vegetables which removes the bacteria. so the available capsules in the market which are easily available are
Hemytin Plus
Ifol-C
Neurogen
Methyl Cobalamin
Hemaplus
Rediron
& etc

NO need for tablets who knows what they make and contain ,If you are veggie eat lot of Green slike spinach, beans broccoli and leafy veggies. If you are nonveg you can get VIT 12 from chicken fish mutton(LIMITED) and EGGS,Also you can geta test done to find your vitB12 levels from a good lab and then proceed toa GOOD GP for advice. However the symptoms are a sore tongue ,feet pain, paleness, tingling sensation in feet atc general fatigue.Nothing like a good balaned meal three times a dAY with most important BREAKFAST .
