Can anybody throw real insights into the demerger of Zuari Industries Limited. How is it in any way of any benefit to the shareholders.

In any merger and demerger schemes, only the majority shareholders gain and not small investors.

It is beneficial to the owners only ( majority share holders ) ONLY AND of no use for minority share holders
