Jharkhand is a state and not a town / city. Apart from your list there are a few places which charms me. They are: Dalhousie, Hazaribagh, Dumka, Gopalpur on Sea, Bharatpur,Rajnandgaon.

Jaisalmer does...so does Simla...but Jharkand is a state and a volatile one...its not Purea...its Purnea...sounds exotic...so does Allahabad...Jhansi ...Lucknow and Hyderabad !!
