I HAD LITTLE CIVIL PROBLEM MY FIRM TAKEN LOAN FROM INDIAN BANK YR1982 RS. 11 LAKHS WITH INTEREST AND PAID EXCESS RS. 4 LAKHS. BUT THEBANK NOW claiming RS. 11LAKHS to be paid and filed SUIT IN DRT. I PROVED WITH PAYSLIPS AND PASSBOOKS ABOUT MY DEBT CLEARNCE THROUGH CHARTED ACCOUNTENT. BUT THE DRT COURT VERDIT THE DEFENDENTS PAID BANK AT ANY STAGE PROVED THEIR LIABILITY OF THE DEFENDENTS EVENTHOUGH THE BANK SUED AND IT IS PUBLIC MONEY SO PAY AGAIN.
THEN APEAL FILED DRAT AS PER LAW AT CHENNAI CAN I WIN THE CASE? WHAT U SAY?

As I think the bank only pay the claim money according to the problem valuation, and they can make a document with the behalf of valuation minister and you should accept that.
