Smart would be to EXIT as early as possible, as the promoter of DB Realty is supposed to have been arrested due to Telecom and Corruption Scandal involving a major TV channel of the south.
But, if you wish to marry this sector/ company, stay invested and keep averaging ( no idea where the bottom is). Maybe, as we are in India, this skyhigh scam may just get blown over and maybe, you could get lucky in getting better rates to exit.
Smart Investors keep away from any and all SCAM tainted Telecom, Realty companies to avoid pain financially and mentally.
