1. Morning 6.30 am - 5 soaked almonds and a glass full of luke warm water witha teaspoon of honey and a small lemon juice.
2. Morning 8.30 am - Oat meal 4 tbsp with double toned milk or Butter milk and two slices of Papaya
3. After noon 12.30 - Dal - one normal size bowl, 2 Chapatis, Rice one small bowl, vegetable one bowl, green salad, preferably without salt - one quarter plate.
4. Afternoon 4.30 pm - Tea with 2 arrowroot biscuits
8.00 pm - Veg Soup - one bowl, 2 Chapatis, one bowl vegetables of ur choice, and salad, papad
9.30 pm - one glass (250 ml) of double toned milk
