Not really. Although some factions of some societies accept various declarations of sexuality (compare "gender" with "sex") the considerations are either cosmetic or superficial or in some cases just self-declared and change from day to day (or indeed, minute to minute). However, the phenotype of the human remains the same (either male or female - that is sex, not gender).

Having said that, there are legitimate degrees of sex within a phenotype, such as XYY males and XXY females, and so forth. However, even in these cases, the phenotype remains the same even if the individual has elective surgery.
