Humanity is is yet to see a feminine version of leadership as far as political arena is concerned. The likes of ndira Gandhi, Margaret Thatcher, Mamta banerjee, jayalalitha are not really women. They are all so manly, female bodies with male mind and attitude, functioning in the ways of men and they owe their success to that style of functioning! But in the corporate world we do see initial signs of female leadership, it may happen in politics too in years to come. Women have so far been kept supressed by men. Now with women's emanicipation happening, we can expect a new kind of feminine leadership in near future. And that certainly will be a better one compared to the male leadership we have seen so far, marked by violence, war, cheating and greed.
