Can a plant cell survive without oxygen!! if not possible how much a gigantic tree which made up of trillions and trillions of cell may consume oxygen in a 24 hrs keep all of its cell well maintained!! is it much more than the amount of oxygen which it release in only daytime though its ultimate source is water!!

Plant require oxygen, water, and sunshine. one not there, cell not survive. There was plants when no oxygen in atmosphere.
